Tender Fee & EMD will be accepted at Gujarat Energy Training and Research Institute by Cash OR Demand Draft drawn on any Scheduled / Nationalized Bank situated at Vadodara in favour of Gujarat Energy Training and Research Institute (Cheques are not accepted) between 10.30am to 2.30pm on working days. Tenders submitted without Tender Fee and EMD will not be accepted.


Important Conditions:

  • Relevant catalogue / literature of the required material may be submitted invariably by the Tenderer failing which offer will be rejected out rightly & no correspondence shall be made in this regard.
  • The Tenderer have to Supply, Install and Commission the projector and also have to give support regarding warranty at site.
  • The Tenderer should mention the part / product numbers of offered items. They should submit the product literature for the quoted product.
  • All Quoted items must match technical specification as mentioned in SCHEDULE-A
  • Warranty: Projector should be covered under 3 Years on site comprehensive warranty from the date of installation at site OR bidder has to mention the warrantee period separately other wise it will be considered as 3 years warrantee. The warrantee & life of lamp should be mentioned separately. Said Warranty has to be supported by the principals / manufacturers for which documentary evidence for this tender is to be provided. Tenderer must submit the certificate from manufacturer for 3 year onsite comprehensive warranty and service support for quoted model and it does not have any addition / alteration in the shipment at dealer end.

    The tenderer should mention their office / Business partner addresses for maintenance support during the warranty period. In case of business partner, tenderer has to submit copy of undertaking from business partner to provide total service support for the offered product for next 3 years.
  • During warranty period you have to maintain 95 % uptime per month otherwise warranty period shall have to be extended proportionately for the machine whose up time is not maintained. The successful bidder have to attend the projector on receipt of complaint (verbally / written) immediately.
  • Installation & commissioning charges if any & Charges for support & warranty for 3 Years if any may be quoted extra , otherwise it will be presumed as free of cost.
  • Cl. No. 2, 6, 20, 21, 25, 27, 33, 34, 52, 63, 73, 76, 78, Annex. 8 & 9 are not applicable to this tender.
  • Delivery: Successful tenderer have to supply & install the Projector within One month duly inspected at Gujarat Energy Training & Research Institute, GOTRI, Vadodara within 30 days. Rest clause as per clause No. 26. The working hours / warrantee of lamp will be in effect from the date of installation of each lamp. The supplier has to replace / install the new lamp in the projector on receipt of information.
  • Supply & Performance Guarantee : (Applicable to this tender) : Successful bidders shall have to give 20% of the contract value in the form of Cash / DD / Bank Guarantee covering the period of execution of contracts as well as warranty period of supplied material irrespective whether bidder is having SSI / NSIC certificate or not.
  • However, out of 20 % (1) 10 % Guarantee will be in the form of Cash / DD / Bank Guarantee covering the period of successful execution of the contracts irrespective whether bidder is having SSI / NSIC certificate or not and (2) 10 % of the contract value in the form of cash / DD / Bank Guarantee covering the warranty period of supplied material irrespective whether bidder is having SSI / NSIC certificate or not.
  • The said Guarantee must be invariably submitted within 30 (Thirty) days from date of order. Other wise the order will be out rightly cancelled at the risk & cost of the tenderer (at the discretion of GETRI) and without entering into any correspondence and this will be binding on the tenderer.
  • Please note that since Govt. have implemented VAT instead of sales tax. You are requested to quote the rates with detail breakup like % of VAT Incl. / Excl. / Not applicable etc.
  • Item wise evaluation will be carried out. The order will be placed by Gujarat Energy Training & Research Institute, Gotri road, Vadodara.
